Financial Commitment/Club Fees
Each
participant will pay a player fee. The player fee structure is as follows:
* Players must register and pay membership fee ($40) with USAV (www.chrva.org) PRIOR to tryouts.
Fundraising is available to assist with the player fees. The fees cover tournament entry fees, uniforms, gym rental, coaches’ fees and administrative fees. Player fees are due by the 15th of each month as indicated in the fee schedule above. Deposits are due at the parents meeting to be held in early December. Each team will discuss fundraising opportunities to assist players with the club fees. New for the 2009/2010 year, payment via PayPal is available for dues.
Payment
of player fees are not refundable except in the case of an injury that occurs at
a USAV sanctioned practice or tournament. The amount to be refunded is prorated
based on the decision of the Club Director. Parents must request a refund in
writing and attach a statement from their physician. Fundraising money is not
refundable.
