Coach Hathaway graduated as an honor student from Middletown High, finishing her high school volleyball career as a Frederick County Second Team player and County Champion in 2002.

Bre attended Frederick Community College and finished as NJCAA Region XX Second Team in 2002 and NJCAA Region XX Honorable Mention in 2003. After graduating with an Associates degree from FCC in 2004, she attended Shippensburg University and played Division II volleyball. In 2005, her Varsity Volleyball team from Shippensburg finished as the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East Champions, and second in the PSAC.

Coach Hathaway graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and minor in Biology in 2006 and from Frostburg State in May, 2008 with a Master's Degree in Elementary Education She is the current Frederick Community College women's head volleyball coach and has previously coached for FAVOR. She is very excited about this opportunity and looks forward to being a part of FAVOR again!
