Tracy Parker is entering her second year with FAVOR.  As a result of her father being in military, she played for three different high school volleyball teams in Massachusetts, Colorado, and West Virginia.   She also lettered in softball, basketball and track.   Tracy graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School with a 4.0 GPA, a state basketball championship, and All State recognition for volleyball.   She is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College where she played both volleyball and basketball.   After obtaining Bachelor degrees in English and Government, she earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence (law degree) from West Virginia University College of Law. 

Dr. Parker is a Professor of Law and Paralegal Program Manager at Frederick Community College.  She lives in Frederick with her husband Vaughn, daughter Alex, and son Vaughn.  A real plus is that her parents Carolyn and Alex Walker reside in Frederick as well.  Since moving to Frederick, she has played volleyball in local city leagues, coached softball, baseball, and basketball.  She is thrilled to be coaching volleyball with FAVOR.
