270 North changes to Route 15 North.  Stay on 15 North to Motter Avenue exit (next exit after Seventh Street ).  

At end of exit ramp take a left at the light onto Opossumtown Pike/Motter Avenue .  

Take second left into 14th Street.  Follow to stop sign and go left onto North Market.  Go left into last parking lot - the gym entrance is there.

From Frederick take US-340 West, Exit #5 onto the ramp for MD 351 (Ballenger Creek Pike), go right off the exit onto MD 351 for approximately two miles.  

Turn left on to Lambert school is immediately on the right.
