Middle and High School Athletes

FRIDAYS 5:00 pm TO 7:00 pm, $10

"EXTRA" 1 Hour for High School athletes ONLY:

7:00 pm-8:00 pm   $5

IMPORTANT: All youth athletes MUST have a parent come into the club to sign a "NEW" parent waiver in order to participate. The parent waiver CANNOT be signed online. Parents must come in to sign in person only 1 time. Once established, the waiver will be good for 1 year.

ADULT OPEN GYM

FRIDAYS 8:00 TO 10:00 pm, $10 

This session is only for adults aged 18 years or over who are NOT high school students
