U12 Regional Teams

From the beginner development player to players with recreation and club experience.

• 12 players per team
• Learn and play every position
• Guaranteed playing time at each tournament (playoffs are coaches discretion)
• 2 practice days a week
• 8 tournament days per season
• Most tournaments will be within one hour travel distance (Coaches may opt to play in one weekend tournament that may require an overnight stay.)
• Teams: Regional Red and Regional Black

U13 Regional TEams

U14 Regional Teams

At this age coaches start focusing on positions and more competitive game play. Players will learn offensive and defensive systems with a deeper emphasis on skill development.

• 12 max roster players per team
• Practice specific positions
• 2 practice days a week (2 hours each)
• 8 tournament days a season
• Most tournaments will be within one hour travel distance (Coaches may opt to play in one weekend tournament that may require an overnight stay.)
• Teams: Regional Red(Highly Competitive) and Regional Black(Competitive)
• Playing time at this age level is earned and is at the coach's discretion

U15-U18 Regional

For these age groups,  previous volleyball experience is highly recommended.  At this age, we will train athletes to compete at a highly competitive level. These groups will participate in physical training and competitive tournaments.  Positional training and offensive and defensive systems are the emphasis.

• Player with previous volleyball experience
• Practices are minimum of 2 days a week (coaches may request for more)
• 10 tournament days per season
• Most tournaments will be within one hour travel distance (Coaches may opt to play in some weekend tournaments that may require an overnight stay.)
• Playing time at this age level is earned and is at the coach's discretion

U15-U18 National

Players at this level will play 3-4 National Tournaments and other highly competitive tournaments. Overnight travel will be required for several tournaments. Travel expenses are not included in club fees.

• 12 max roster players per team
• Player with previous volleyball experience at a highly competitive level
• Practices are 3 days a week (coaches may request for more)
• 12 tournament days per season
• Conditioning and Strength Training
• Playing time at this age level is earned and is at the coach's discretion
• Fees will include uniforms (2 long-sleeved jerseys), one set of warm ups and a backpack
