Our club volleyball program provides an opportunity for athletes to stay competitive in the game, meet new friends, travel to different local venues (surrounding cities and states). We strive to provide a positive, energetic experience and create memories that last a lifetime. Club volleyball coaches are required to be Impact and SafeSport certified through USA Volleyball as well as have a current background check, most will be former collegiate players, middle school, high school and college coaches, or those with extensive sports backgrounds who have become avid students of the game in order to help young volleyball players progress in the sport. Our coaches continue to attend multiple clinics to improve and refine their teaching skills and knowledge of the game.
Our developmental volleyball leagues provides kids of all ages and skill sets to enhance their skills and technique. Ranging from our youth clinic that provides beginners ages 8-11 the opportunity to learn the basics to the middle and high school leagues that will prepare athletes for their team tryout. This is a great opportunity to keep skills sharp while having fun and making new friends. We strive to provide a positive, energetic experience and create memories that last a lifetime.
For over 20 years, the Frederick Volleyball Club has promoted the sport of volleyball for its members and the Frederick community. We strongly believe volleyball is a lifetime sport and are proud to include among our members co-ed adult leagues and 50+ senior league. FVBC members participate in the USAV Volleyball Chesapeake Region at various levels competing in tournaments in the mid-Atlantic region and across the country.
